Calendar and prices on request
Change blocked dates, prices and minimum stays with one sentence. The agent shows what it is about to change and sends it to all connected channels once you confirm.
Hostalto keeps availability, prices and guest messages in sync across Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels. An AI agent handles the daily work on its own and only gets in touch when it needs a decision from you. Built for hosts with 2 to 20 vacation rentals.
Hostalto is not available yet. We are looking for hosts to join the pilot.
Planned connections
The connection is planned through an approved connectivity partner of the channels. Hostalto is not affiliated with the companies named here.
The problem
A booking on Airbnb does not block the dates on Booking.com. If you list on several channels, you copy bookings, prices and blocked dates by hand. One missed entry is enough for a double booking.
Thursday and Friday are booked twice.
One booking blocks the dates on every channel.

Features
Channel managers are usually operated through forms and tables. We are planning Hostalto so that an AI agent takes over the daily work: it acts on its own within your rules and only gets in touch when it needs a decision. Every feature here is planned.
Change blocked dates, prices and minimum stays with one sentence. The agent shows what it is about to change and sends it to all connected channels once you confirm.
Check-in time, parking, Wi-Fi: the agent replies from your details, in one inbox for Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia. Anything it is not sure about, it puts in front of you.
You open the app and see what the agent has taken care of. If it needs a decision, it asks you exactly one question. For iPhone and Android.
You describe your rentals, the agent sets up prices and rules and guides you through connecting your channels. We also support the first hosts personally.
New, changed and cancelled bookings in one place, with guest, dates and price breakdown.
Visitor tax, guest registration forms and an export for your accountant. Whether and how this ships is something we are working out with pilot hosts.
All illustrations are drafts with sample data.
The basics
We are planning the basics the way you know them from established tools. What comes first is marked. After that we will order things by what pilot hosts tell us.
Keep calendar, prices and availability in sync on every channel.
Every booking with guest, dates and price in one place.
One inbox for all channels, with replies from the AI agent.
For iPhone and Android, with notifications for new bookings.
A booking widget for your own website, without channel commission.
Arrival, Wi-Fi and house rules for your guests in one place.
Occupancy and revenue per rental and channel.
Separate logins for cleaning, caretakers and staff.
Invoices for guests and an export for your accountant.
How it works
You tell the agent what you rent out. It sets up rentals, prices and rules, and you check the result.
For Airbnb you sign in and approve access. For Booking.com you select the connectivity provider in your partner account. The agent guides you through both steps.
A booking on one channel blocks the dates on all others. The agent handles the day-to-day, and you simply tell it what to change.
This is how getting started is meant to feel: you write what you rent out. The agent sets it up and only asks for what is missing.
Draft with sample data
The technical connection is planned through an approved connectivity partner of the channels. You still create your listings directly on each channel.

Pilot with first hosts
FAQ
No. Hostalto is in development. If you would like to be among the first, write to us and we will get in touch when the pilot starts.
The plan is for it to take over the daily work: set up rentals from your description, change calendar and prices on request, answer routine guest questions and send arrival details. None of this is available yet.
Yes, within the rules you set. It answers routine questions itself and asks you about everything else. You can switch any task to "ask first" and see in the history what it has done.
Our goal is 30 minutes from adding your rentals to the first sync. We will measure during the pilot whether we get there. For Booking.com, the connection also has to be confirmed by the connectivity provider; we do not know yet how long that takes.
The plan is to start with Airbnb and Booking.com, followed by Vrbo and Expedia. Guest messaging is planned for Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia. We are also looking into connecting a pricing service such as PriceLabs.
Pricing has not been set yet. Pilot hosts will know it before they start.
Yes, but not in parallel: a channel account can only be connected to one software at a time. We guide the switch and first make sure all existing bookings are in the calendar.
